Tai Chi Flow- Offered M, W, & F from 3:30-4pm Want to shift those sore, achy, stiff, or out of sorts feelings in your body? Join a Tai Chi Flow class and notice how you feel before, during, and after. This gentle, low impact movement can shift you into what athletes call “the zone” and acts like “moving medication” per Harvard Medical research naturally reducing pain and inflammation while enhancing balance and range of motion. Great for beginners!

Tai Chi Tips & Tricks- Offered M, W, & F from 4:15-4:45pm A time to ask questions, practice together and test new subtle distinctions for improving balance and reducing effort in everyday movement. Connect with the moves that make you more open, expanded, relaxed, and effective. Beginners are always welcome!

Benefits those who struggle with stress, anxiety, or depression who want to be more calm and fully present in their bodies. This may show up as feeling stuck in your head and not present for the people around you as in "my mind is doing it's own thing and I've lost track of the rest of me".

Discover new actions you can practice to return to a place of power, confidence and clarity. You will be in charge of deciding what to work on and when to go deeper or when to do something else that better supports you in learning. Contrary to what you may have been doing in your body for years, it is possible to feel calm, present and confident!

We won't be getting into stories and events from your past. This is not therapy and some with trauma history may require support from a therapist.

Acupuncture helps when you are in pain and need to feel better in order to start or continue actively healing.
